I thoroughly enjoy this breakfast spot. Nice size portions. The eggs are not small, like many other places. Service is always great. A great place to sit, relax with a cup of coffee, and enjoy a calm morning breakfast, without the hassle of navigating a fancy, hipster menu that other venues have.

We ate at Apollo Beach Dinner twice for breakfast while we were on vacation. My daughter and I both got the mini omelet and my son got the backn egg and cheese biscuit. My husband got the High Tide with pancakes. The serving sizes are large. The service was great and they kept our coffees hot.

This meat skillet isn’t your traditional setup where all the fillings are folded inside the eggs — instead, the hearty mix of potatoes, ham, bacon, and sausage is layered underneath, while the eggs are laid flat right on top like a cozy blanket. At first glance, it caught me off guard, but one bite in and it completely worked. The flavors still blend beautifully, with the crispiness of the potatoes and the richness of the meats adding a lot of depth. The eggs were cooked just right — soft, not runny, with a nice peppery touch. And let’s talk about that biscuit… soft, fluffy, and buttery, practically melting in your mouth. It might’ve only needed a pinch more seasoning throughout to really bring everything to life, but even without it, the dish was still delicious. This is definitely one of those comfort meals that hits just right.

We love Apollo Beach Diner. We go almost every Sunday after church. The service is great and the food is delicious. They’ve become very accommodating of my request for a Buffalo chicken tender in place of traditional breakfast meat (most of the girls seem to expect me to order it now ). Their chicken tenders are amazing, as are the home fries. Clearly not frozen like you get from some restaurants. The pic with this review is a spin on a daily special they had that was supposed to be a Chicken Benedict with biscuit and gravy. I asked to pass on the gravy and roll my chicken in Buffalo sauce, which they did and it was soooo good!!

We came here for breakfast after driving to Barbara's and finding out that was closed. Thank God because this was a GREAT find and worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly and there was no wait. We were instantly seated and we were a group of 6. The food was fantastic and filling. Like I said the staff was friendly and I wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was sweet (started with an M). Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised. The food was great here, also a great value. We stopped in today, family of 6 on vacation and left having one of the better meals we have had during our vacation. I believe the owners were sitting close by. They seemed to have a great relationship with their employees. Our waitress did great to, even pointing out to one of my kids that she didn't believe he would be able to eat two of their pancakes. (She was right, he didn't finish one) Great job by all at Apollo Beach Diner!
